Analysis

The two business processes that our team decided to focus on are the dynamic and the structured process. The dynamic process is defined as a process in which change and alterations in the methods used are common places. On the other hand, a structured process is a fixed methodology for accomplishing the goal at hand. 

• The structured process that is used includes manufacturing, shipping, and customer services.
• In the creation of drinks, Kalo uses a specific and repeatable system for creating a product that tastes great every time. More specifically, Kalo ensures that the harvest they use for the natural flavors and CBD components are raised in a similar manner. 
• In regards to shipping, Kalo utilizes USPS as well as UPS to ship their products to their clients. UPS fulfills the needs of Kalo according to their repeated delivery methodology. 

Some of the hardware that is required for the structured process include computers which are a requirement of interacting with the software used to run the delivery services point of sale.

• The dynamic process includes sales of Kalos drinks which are often less structured.
• Another dynamic process also includes social media and meeting with people.
